Payment terms

To confirm your reservation a payment equal to 100% of the total is required. Ancillary services are to be paid locally. You can pay by Bank Transfer. You must pay the balance within 15 days before the day of arrival. Per il saldo soggiorno il cliente dovrà inoltrare la contabile del versamento entro 15 gg prima dell' arrivo in struttura.

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation you will be charged equal to the value of the deposit paid. In caso di soggiorno con partenza anticipata, L'OSPITE E' COMUNQUE TENUTO A SALDARE L'INTERO PERIODO DEL SOGGIORNO come da prenotazione. In case of no-shows will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of the total.
